National Archaeological reserve Yailata and Cape Chirakman

 National Archaeological reserve "Yailata" is a unique place that combines archaeological remains with the nature. Located 2 km. south of the village of Kamen Beach, a seaside Yailata terrace area of ​​300 acres, separated from the sea with a 50-60 meter cliffs.
    In the reserve are numerous monuments, covering different historical periods. Here is the "cave city" 101 "houses" inhabited as early V century BC. Have been used for millennia as housing and some of them as tombs or churches.





                                     Cape Chirakman 
Impressive Chirakman is a symbol of Kavarna. It is located 3 km. south of Kavarna, as a beautiful ending to a lovely valley, through which passes the road from the port city and the sea. Right here on a flat and almost inaccessible Chirakmansko plateau for millennia is intense bubbling life.
